Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Bookings may be made through our website, authorized agents, or written communication. A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued. Customers must provide accurate information, including service date and time, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight or private arrival details (for airport transfers), number of passengers, and valid contact details. The operator is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. All prices are listed and charged exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may include or exclude applicable local taxes such as BBO/BAZV, unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change until booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a refund minus a 15% cancellation administration fee, calculated on the total service amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the agreed location and time or cannot be contacted using the provided contact details. Waiting Time: Airport transfers (Queen Beatrix International Airport and private airports): up to 30 minutes, excluding flight delays when valid arrival details are provided. Other services: 10–15 minutes. Failure to appear may be treated as a no-show. Airport transfer services include commercial and private airports. Flights are monitored when details are provided. The operator is not responsible for delays caused by immigration, customs, ground handling, or failure to communicate arrival changes. Booking changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for transport services and 48 hours in advance for tours. Price differences may apply. The operator is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, including weather conditions, traffic incidents, government instructions, or emergencies. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule where possible. Passengers must comply with Aruban traffic and safety regulations. Seatbelts are mandatory where installed. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service without refund. Standard luggage allowance applies per vehicle type. Child seats and special assistance are available upon request and subject to availability.
